Francis Zhang is the founder and president of Bestel Marketing & Services Inc. He has multitalent with background of Telecom Engineer, Marketing/Sales expert and Canadian ACTRA union actor. He showed his passion for marketing and advertising back in 1992 after he graduated from Shanghai University of Science and Technology and worked for Alcatel Shanghai Bell. As a volunteer for East Shanghai General Advertising in Lujiazhui where later became the modern financial district among the world but at that time there were not even finished construction roads yet and he had to ride his motorcycle to participate the meetings from his home where later to be near Shanghai EXPO. He is a witness of Passion Lead to Career. He has great experience of all kinds of promotion campaign including printing material, newspaper ad, TV commercials, PR event, social media. He takes advantage of his engineer insight of adopting innovation technology into the promotion campaign.
